Orders and delivery We currently deliver only to serviceable locations within Malappuram district, Kerala. Orders are subject to product availability. Delivery is normally completed within 2–3 days of order confirmation. Any known delays will be communicated to you. Prices and payment Product prices and applicable delivery charges are shown before you place your order. Only payment methods enabled at checkout are available. If we cannot fulfil a prepaid order, we will arrange a refund for the unfulfilled items. Customer information Please provide accurate contact details and a complete delivery address. Keep your account sign-in codes confidential. Product information Check the ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, storage instructions and expiry or best-before details before consuming any product. “No added sugar” does not necessarily mean sugar-free or calorie-free. Cancellation Cancellation may be requested before dispatch by contacting customer care with your order number. A successfully cancelled prepaid order will be refunded to the original payment method. Damaged or incorrect products Please report damaged, incorrect or defective products within 3 days of delivery, with your order number and photographs where reasonably available. Replacement is our standard resolution for verified issues, without additional delivery charges. If replacement is unavailable or applicable law requires another remedy, we will provide the appropriate resolution. Consumer rights Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer law. The 3-day reporting request does not remove statutory rights.
